CONGRATULATIONS TO RYAN MORRISON ON HIS BRASA AWARD!

Ryan Morrison, Graduate Student in the Hispanic Studies Program,  was awarded a BRASA scholarship to study in Brazil this summer 2015. Mr. Ryan Morrison received a BA  in History and a Certificate in Latin American Studies from the University of Pittsburgh in 2009.  BRASA is an international, interdisciplinary group of scholars who support and promote Brazilian studies in all fields, especially in the humanities and social sciences and is granted by the Brazilian Studies Association. The award attests for the high quality of  proposals,  selected among a large number of very good applications from different fields. The award amount is $1,500.
