Campus Visit from a Southern Teachers Agency (STA) Recruitment Coordinator

Southern Teachers Agency (of Charlottesville, Virginia) will be sending a recruitment coordinator to Villanova's Fall Career Fair on September 10th. 

Every year, STA recruits and places candidates from colleges like Villanova to work in independent K-12 schools around the South. STA would love to meet with our graduating students who have strong communication and leadership skills; a desire to contribute their talents in athletics, theater, music (and many other areas); and who truly enjoy working with children.

It’s important to understand that independent schools often hire teachers who do not have a degree in education and who have not done student teaching.  They seek smart, energetic servant-leaders from a variety of academic disciplines, including foreign languages. For years, STA has helped great teachers find great jobs, and could potentially do the same for you.
